The Urban Community of Arras retains Smart World Partners, with its partners Audrey Maurel on the legal aspect, FINANCE CONSULT on the financial aspect and RESOCITY on the technical aspect, to support it in the audit of its 1st Generation PIN managed by COVAGE and to propose scenarios according to DSP.
Once again, after missions carried out for example for the FNCCR or Manche Numérique, Smart World Partners has established itself as a benchmark firm to understand all the possible end of DSP scenarios, while preserving financial interests but also a planner of the territory of the communities.
Smart World Partners is also continuing its work of monitoring and controlling 2nd Generation FTTH PIN, having been selected in May by three Moselle agencies for an overhaul of their reference offers for access to the FttH network.
